Who We Are
Chic 10 is not a media company. It is not a newsletter, a consultancy, or a think tank.
We are an intelligence network built for the sovereign individual — the person who refuses to let the future happen to them.
In a world designed as a straight line (linear growth, national borders, algorithmic noise, consensus certainty), we operate on the Ellipse. We see the curve before the line breaks. We map the geometry of what is actually happening while the center is still arguing about the headlines.
The Fracture Clock does not exist so you can watch the spiral unfold in real time. It exists so you can leave the spiral before it consumes your capital, your positioning, and your options.
The Distinction
Robert Pape posted a diagram. It showed the spiral — the escalation funnel, the cascade, the particular events everyone chases after the structure has already broken.
Pape was chasing particulars. Which tanker was hit. How much oil was spilled. Which flag was flying.
Tyler tracks structure. Whether the geometry has shifted. Whether the chokepoint has crossed from reversible to irreversible. Whether the structure that produced the particular event has changed shape — or is merely producing more of the same.
That distinction — between particulars and structure — is the entire operation. Everything else follows from it.
The spiral will be explained to you, in great detail, by people who are very good at explaining spirals. They will have diagrams. They will have data. They will be right about what happened and wrong about what is forming.
